What to expect on your first visit? 

Walk into our practice, where you will be greeted by our friendly team. 

During your first visit, we will review your dental and medical history forms, and take X-rays of your teeth and mouth.

Then, you will meet your dentist, who will review your X-rays, listen to your goals and concerns, do a comprehensive evaluation of your teeth and create your individual treatment plan.

Then, our hygienist will clean and polish your teeth, checking your teeth and gums for any cavities or early signs of tooth decay or gingivitis.

What to bring for your first visit? 

Once you schedule an appointment, you will receive an email from our office with a link to login and create an account. On this portal, you can complete your contact details, insurance information, dental and medical history, and other forms, in a highly secure and privacy safe manner. We will also use this portal on an ongoing basis to share information and records with you.

To make your visit as smooth as possible, we request you to complete this information before your visit.
